耿靖，男，1974年9月出生，国际金融博士，中共党员，现任绿地集团副总裁，绿地金融控股集团董事长、总裁。受聘哈佛肯尼迪学院李光耀学者，美国加州伯克利大学研究员，北京大学兼职教授，上海交通大学研究生导师；2005-06年获全额奖学金由上海市委组织部公派在加州伯克利大学哈斯商学院做金融工程高级研究学者，2009-11年考取李光耀奖学金，在新加坡国立大学李光耀公共政策学院和哈佛大学肯尼迪政治学院获得高级公共管理硕士学位。先后取得了高级经济师、英国注册财务会计师、金融工程师等一系列职称和资格。
金融行业从业经历极为丰富，有十多年银行、证券、信托、保险四大金融领域支柱行业的经营管理工作经验，也是中国目前唯一担任过四大行业高管的人士。曾任职中国光大银行、上海银行高管；爱建证券有限责任公司董事、常务副总裁（主持工作）；上海爱建信托投资有限公司常务副总经理（主持工作）；长江养老保险股份有限公司副总裁；曾在香港汇丰银行，美国摩根大通集团，新加坡金融管理局挂职工作。2005年被上海市政府评为“上海市金融行业领军人物”，2007年被上海市委组织部和人事局认定为专家型人才和外向型干部。2013年被上海市政府评选为“浦江人才”。
业余担任哈佛大学中国学生学者联合会秘书长兼上海分会联席主席，加州大学伯克利分校上海校友会秘书长，新加坡国立大学上海校友会副会长、新国大李光耀学院上海校友会副会长，欧美同学会理事。

Dr. Geng Jing（male, born in September 1974）is international finance P.h.D., the Board Chairman & President of Greenland Financial Holdings Group. He is appointed as Harvard Kennedy School Lee Kuan Yew Fellow, UC Berkeley overseas researcher, adjunct Professor of Peking University, Research Supervisor of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. During 2005-06, he was awarded by Organization Department of CPC Shanghai Committee a full scholarship at Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, to do senior financial engineering research; During 2009-11, he obtained Lee Kuan Yew Scholarship, and rewarded postgraduate degree of senior management by Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy of National University of Singapore and Kennedy School of Harvard University. He was titled and qualified for senior economist, IFA accountant, Financial Engineer, etc.
He is extremely experienced in the financial sector and has ten years of management experience in banking, securities, trust and insurance which are the four pillar industries in the sector, and currently the only executive manager who has served above four industries. He has worked as an executive manager at China Everbright Bank and Shanghai Bank; director and executive vice president at AJ Securities; Deputy General Manager at Shanghai AJ Trust & Investment; Executive President at Changjiang Pension Insurance; and temporarily posted in HSBC, JP Morgan Chase, Monetary Authority of Singapore. He was named “Shanghai financial industry leader” by Shanghai Municipal Government in 2005; identified as skilled specialists and extrovert cadres in 2007 by the Organization Department of CPC Shanghai Committee and Personnel Bureau of Shanghai, and named “Pujiang Talent” in 2013 by Shanghai Municipal government.
In his spare time, he served as Harvard University Chinese Students and Scholars Association Secretary-General and Shanghai Branch Co-Chair, Secretary-General of CAL Alumni Club of Shanghai, University of California Berkeley, Vice President of National University of Singapore Alumni Shanghai Chapter and Lee Kuan Yew Public Policy School NUS Shanghai Alumni Club, council member of Western Returned Scholars Association.
