This was followed by the acquisition of Bowsprit Capital Corporation Limited, the manager of First REIT, Singapore’s first healthcare real estate investment trust, in October 2018. OUE’s market Capitalisation and real estate portfolio have reached S$1.3 billion and S$9.8 billion respectively as of 30 September 2019.
